This shortens the time it takes to attain competency and maximizes workforce performance. Our courses span the full range of training modalities, including class room training, CBT, experiential training, virtual training encounters, simulations and games.
Coaching
Our coaching experience ranges from line workers to seasoned executives. Our coaching is provided either as a supplement to the training initiative or as a stand-alone learning or development solution. In addition, we are able to deliver ‘just in time coaching’ where our coaches accompany the coachee during regular business events instead of during separate coaching sessions. This allows a reflection of more realistic situations and immediate feedback and development.
